Før vi kommer i gang, er det viktig å vite hva du kan forvente og hvilken type tjeneste vi gir deg.

Vi er en Internett-tjeneste og kommuniserer med våre klienter per e-post uten telefonstøtte og vil ikke kunne hjelpe deg personlig på din bolig adresse. Dette gjør det mulig å levere vår service til lav pris
sammenlignet med mange i dette markedet.

Mens vår TV-tjeneste er perfekt brukbar for en ikke-teknisk person å abonnere på (siden servicen og IPTVBOXen er plug-and-play). Du behøver kun en minimal kunnskap om å lese instruksjoner, samt kunne sende oss en support e-post om nødvendig, for beste resultat av vårt kundeleverandørforhold.

Har du Internett, så tilbyr vi enkel løsning for å se Norske og Skandinaviske TV kanaler i Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, , Guardamar, Rojales, Altea, Albir, Alfaz del Pi, Benidorm, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spania. Du trenger kun en liten IPTV boks som kobles til Internett-ruteren, med en nettverkskabel . Boksen kobles til TVen med HDMI-kabel og gir perfekt bilde- og lydkvalitet.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) er levering av programmer ved video streaming. Ved tradisjonell fjernsynslevering sendes all programmer samtidig. De tilgjengelige programsignalene strømmer nedstrøms, og betrakteren velger hvilket program han vil se ved å bytte kanal.

IPTV sender derimot bare ett program om gangen. Innholdet forblir på tjenesteleverandørens nettverk, og bare det programmet kunden velger, sendes til hjemmet. Når en seer endrer kanalen, overføres en ny strøm fra leverandørens server direkte til seeren. Som kabel-TV krever IPTV en set-top-boks (IPTVBOX).

Fungerer dette bra? Hvordan er kvaliteten?

Ja, det fungerer bra og har fantastisk kvalitet!

IPTV er svært avhengig av Internett-tilkoblingen, og vi anbefaler en internettforbindelse på minst 30 Mbit for at det skal fungere godt med HD. Våre HD-kanaler tilbys i 1080P, hvor du får maksimal oppløsning.

Vi har typisk oppetid på 99.977% hver 30. dag (med 9 minutter nedetid). Det betyr 99,977% av tiden, alle kanaler fungerer utmerket.

Så med god samvittighet kan vi fortelle deg at dette fungerer bra!

Hvordan ser jeg statusen til serverne?

Svarstid på forespørsler til vår IPTV-støtte?

Utstedelse av en forespørsel om kontoaktivering eller teknisk støtte vil bli besvart mellom 1 time og 2.
Men vi har til hensikt å svare innen timen for å motta de nevnte forespørslene. Men i veldig travle timer kan dette ta opptil 3 timer.

Hvilke typer enheter støtter du?

Vi støtter MAG (Infomir) og alle slags enheter som:
MAG, Android Smart Phone, Android Boxes, Enigma, DreamBox, Vu + (…), PC, VLC, Kodi / XBMC (…) og Smart TV.

Hvor mye båndbredde bruker IPTV-streaming?

Våre IPTV-stream bruker den nyeste H264-teknologien, og tilbyr den beste komprimeringen og kvaliteten.
IPTV-stream er omtrent 8 Mbit. Men når du skifter kanaler, kan H264-protokollen hoppe høyere litt for å begynne å vise bildet. Derfor er det nødvendig med en nettverksforbindelse på 16 Mbit, 30 Mbit for HD-kanaler.

Jeg står overfor å buffer problemer med kanaler. Hva skjer?

Kontroller først Internett-tilkoblingen eller ruteren, og start den på nytt, og kontroller enhetens innstillinger
der du bruker ditt IPTV abonnementet. Hvis du fortsatt har problemer, ser det ut til at Internett-leverandøren din blokkerer IPTV-trafikken. Test med andre ISP-tilkoblinger. Du bør ikke få noen problemer etter å ha gjort dette.

Kan jeg bruke to enheter samtidig på ett abonnement?

Nei, det kan du ikke. Multi-tilkobling på 1 konto kan blokkere brukernavn og IP-adresse.

Noen ganger når jeg ser på en film, holder den buffering?

Noen ganger kan du oppleve buffering på grunn av lav internetthastighet, høy internettrafikk.
Hvis du opplever buffering, trykker du på “pause” i 10-15 sekunder og start igjen, ofte vil det eliminere behovet for buffer.

MAG-boksen fryser?

Hvis din boks uansett fryser og du ikke kan få tilgang til noen områder, må du bare fjerne strømforsyningen fra baksiden av boksen, vent 10 sekunder og koble til igjen.

‘page loading error’ Hva betyr det?

Hvis skjermen viser en melding som sier ‘page loading error’, er det et problem med Internett-tilkoblingen din.
Koble fra Internett-ruteren, vent 10-20 sekunder og koble til igjen. Dette vil ta litt tid å koble seg til Internett, så vær tålmodig. Sjekk også at alle kabler fortsatt er tilkoblet.

‘your STB is blocked’ melding?

Hvis boksen din viser meldingen ‘your STB is blocked’, ta kontakt med oss per epost og vi vil undersøke problemet og aktivere boksen igjen.

Refund policy

Short version: We do NOT offer refund on full subscriptions once they have been setup. So make sure to trial it to make sure you are happy with the service and know how it works.
This refund policy applies to all our products and service. To obtain a refund, the following terms stated in our refund policy must be matched. We reserve the right to change the Refund Policy conditions any time without prior notice. If you make a purchase, after your payment has cleared you will receive the product and solutions on the declared time. Once this is delivered to you by shipping or through mail, no refunds can be made.

All the products and service offered by us is totally non-tangible irrevocable, so the possibility of the refunds once the order is completed and delivered is not possible. It is recommended to you to understand the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to avoid the circumstances of refund.
In rare cases, we ACCEPT refund request for the following reasons ONLY:

Major defects:

  • We thoroughly check the products before delivering it to make sure product works efficiently, however some small errors may occur.
  • If such issues occur, errors must be reported for the approval of our Technician Support Team.
  • We will resolve the defect or error within 3 days.
  • If any major fault is found, (reported within 3 days from the date of the first complaint or any other mode of notification given by the customers), the complete refund
  • If the customer wants, the same product can be replaced or around the equal value may be provided.
  • Please note that our professionals can request for the temporary access to the product for identifying and fixing the potential issues within the delivered product.
  • Failure to give such access on request in a timely manner might lead to a late resolution of the problem. If you refuse to give temporary access to your the product will indeed result in the failure to meet the requirements for a refund.

Non-Delivery of the product:

  • There might be some shipping issues with provider, because of which you might not take delivery from us.
  • In such case, we request you for assistance as early as possible.
  • Within 7 days from the initial order placing date, the claim for non-delivery of the product must be submitted to our billing department. Else, the product will be taken into consideration as received.

Product not-as-described:

  • Such problems needs to be reported to our Technical Help Section within 1 week from your exact date of the purchase.
  • Obvious signs must be supplied showing that the bought products aren’t as it’s explained on the web site.
  • Complaints that are based only on the client’s false expectations or wishes will not be entertained.
